We recently took over Williams Street in Crystal Lake to shoot the September cover for McHenry County Magazine!
It was such an amazing experience! This is our fashion edition, and Downtown Crystal Lake was the perfect backdrop for our photo. We had Pollyanna Falk with Dobbe Marketing & PR stroll down the sidewalk holding shopping bags and my dog, Emma.
Emma did very well for her first photo shoot, and she even let us dress her up in a sweater and jeweled collar. She looked adorable, and Pollyanna looked stunning!
It was very hot outside, and Pollyanna was a great sport — toting Emma and walking up and down Williams Street at least 50 times. Emma was a trooper, too.
I’m so excited for this cover — not only as a proud “pet mom,” but also because it was a true team effort to make it happen.
