July 19 – Morning Drive Golf Outing for Pioneer Center for Human Services at Pinecrest Golf Club, 11220 Algonquin Road in Huntley
Enjoy a Morning Drive Golf Outing at Pinecrest Golf Club, 11220 Algonquin Road in Huntley. This golf outing benefits services and programs of Pioneer Center for Human Services. Registration, putting contest and a light breakfast will take place from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Shotgun start with scramble format starts at 9:30 a.m. with lunch at “The Turn.” After golf, head to the clubhouse for a snack buffet and cash bar. July 26 – Annual Golf Outing and Dinner Auction at Bull Valley Golf Club, 1311 Club Road in Woodstock
The Adult and Child Rehab Center’s Annual Golf Outing and Dinner Auction will take place July 26 at Bull Valley Golf Club. Golfers will be treated to a box lunch, 18 holes of golf, silent and live auctions and a great dinner. Not a golfer? Come for the auctions and dinner. August 11 and 12 – The McHenry County Senior and Super Senior Amateur at Pinecrest Golf Club, 11220 Algonquin Road in Huntley
This will mark the 14th anniversary of this event. This event is open to anyone who is at least 50 years old by August 13 and lives or plays in McHenry County. The Senior will be for those 50 to 59 years old, and the Super Senior will be for those 60 and older. It is a two-day stroke play event, flighted by USGA approved handicaps. New for 2010: Tee times will be started with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. both days. You will be paired according to your flight. The cost is $78 (season pass holders pay $26).
